4 day work week

We want everyone to achieve a work/life balance, so we became the first recruitment agency in the Midlands to switch to a 4 day work week for all (with no reduction in pay and no increase in hours).

Working hours

We know you don’t need to be in an office 9-5 Monday to Friday to perform at your best, which is why we work flexibly (whether that be in the office, working from home or working from the garden on a sunny day!)

Annual leave

Time out is good for the mind and soul and it’s why we provide a generous holiday allowance. Starting at 20 days each year (based on our 4 day week) and 8 bank holidays on top, rising to 25. You also get the option to buy/sell holiday too!


We are big on wellbeing! That’s why everyone receives a wellness allowance of £50 every month to spend how they see fit.

  • Resourcer

    We are looking for an ambitious and tenacious Resourcer to join our growing Midlands team…someone who has bags of drive and enthusiasm and a real passion for the creative and marketing sector.

    Supporting our ever-growing team in all aspects of recruitment, you’ll be focused on developing and engaging with industry talent pools. You’ll work extremely closely with the Directors and senior members of the team and we’ll give you plenty of training and support (both hands-on and external training) to ensure your success and enjoyment in your role.

    Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to the creative and marketing sector, but this isn’t essential. What we are definitely looking for though, is someone who shares our passion and mission to take recruitment and the creative and marketing sector to the next level!!

  • Recruiter/Senior Recruiter

    We're on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious recruiter/senior recruiter to join our busy Midlands team.

    We're looking for someone who shares our mission to take recruitment and the creative and marketing sector to the next level. Someone that wants to join us in adding value and helping to make the marketing and creative sector an even better one to work in than it currently is!

    You'll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team, to manage a busy and well-established permanent desk and you'll have plenty of ongoing training and development on offer to ensure that you're hugely successful. Ideally, you'll have some exposure to the creative and marketing sector, but this isn't essential. What we are definitely looking for though, is someone who shares our passion and mission to take recruitment and the creative and marketing sector to the next level!
