Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join the growing Performance and Social team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning social insight into actionable strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.

You will work across multiple clients and sectors, shaping social media plans and campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results. From presenting strategies to senior stakeholders to briefing creative teams, your role will combine analytical thinking with a deep understanding of online culture and social platforms.

This position would suit someone confident and agile, able to adapt their approach to each client or campaign. You will help define social content strategies, inform creative output, and ensure that every piece of social content aligns with the wider brand goals.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy and a proven ability to turn insights into actionable plans.

Key experience includes:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels
  • Experience working with large, global brands
  • Using audience insights, data, and trends to inform content planning and campaign decisions
  • Presenting and communicating social strategies to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
  • Working across multiple accounts and campaigns, balancing priorities while maintaining quality
  • Collaborating closely with creative teams to translate strategy into engaging social content
  • Staying ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices

Remuneration
