About the Company

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, client relationships, and hands-on delivery.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing independent marketing agency that works with ambitious management consultancies. The role offers the chance to take real ownership of client relationships, shape marketing strategies, and see your work make a measurable difference.

If you’re a Senior Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar, and you’re looking for a role where you can combine strategy, client relationships, and delivery, this could be right up your street!

Description

You’ll be the go-to marketing lead for a small portfolio of clients, working closely with them to understand their business goals and turn those into effective marketing plans. You’ll have the variety of agency life, but with the autonomy to make a real impact.

The role will involve:

  • Client relationships: Managing 2–3 clients as their main point of contact and trusted marketing advisor.
  • Strategy: Developing marketing strategies and turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
  • Campaign delivery: Overseeing campaigns from conception through to execution, ensuring they deliver against objectives.
  • Account growth: Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and bring new ideas to life.
  • Team collaboration: Working closely with creative and operational teams to deliver great work.

Experience

We're keen to speak to marketers who have a strong grounding across marketing, rather than being focused on just one discipline. You’ll ideally have experience in a client-facing agency environment, with the ability to move between strategy, project management, and content.

You’ll need to be someone who:

  • Is confident managing client relationships and presenting ideas.
  • Can develop marketing strategies and deliver against measurable objectives.
  • Enjoys managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Has a strong understanding of content marketing.
  • Takes ownership, works autonomously, and knows when to collaborate.
  • Is commercially minded and enjoys identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Wants to work in a fast-paced, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable environment.

Remuneration

  • £40,000–£48,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the office.
  • 36 days’ holiday, plus an additional annual company break.
  • The opportunity to work with ambitious clients and have a real impact on their growth.
  • A collaborative, creative environment where you’ll have the freedom to develop your skills and make a difference.
