This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded communications professional to help shape the profile and reputation of a nationally recognised business. Working within a collaborative and high-performing communications function, you’ll support the delivery of impactful media relations campaigns, engaging content, and brand-building activity across multiple channels.

Description

Reporting into the PR Manager, you will support the development and execution of strategic PR and communications initiatives that raise brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting high-quality written content including press releases, thought leadership articles, case studies, award submissions, commentary pieces, and social media content
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of PR and media campaigns
  • Assisting with the creation of multimedia content including video, graphics, and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal communications and marketing teams to develop engaging content for internal channels
  • Coordinating media opportunities, photography briefs, and promotional activity across multiple office locations
  • Monitoring media coverage and campaign performance, producing regular reporting and insights
  • Maintaining media databases and supporting stakeholder engagement activity
  • Ensuring all communications adhere to governance and approval processes

Experience

We’re looking for a confident and organised communications professional with strong writing skills and a proactive approach.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within a PR agency or in-house communications environment
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience supporting PR campaigns and media relations activity
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
