About the Company

We are partnering with a leading creative agency to find an experienced Photography Production Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of high-profile clients.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded production specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and brings deep expertise in studio photography, project management, and operational delivery.

Description

As Photography Production Manager, you will take ownership of the full production lifecycle, from initial brief through to final asset delivery, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional creative standard.

You will oversee both in-house studio shoots and location-based production, while managing post-production workflows and maintaining rigorous control over timelines, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of photography projects across multiple clients
  • Own timelines, budgets, and scopes with full commercial accountability
  • Build and manage production schedules across shoots, retouching, and delivery
  • Oversee in-house studio operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality output
  • Manage shoot planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution
  • Source and lead photographers, crew, and external suppliers
  • Control costs, estimates, POs, and invoicing in line with governance
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, account, and studio teams
  • Act as a senior production lead, bringing clarity and direction under pressure
  • Maintain studio workflows, capacity planning, and production trackers
  • Drive continuous improvements to processes, efficiency, and output quality

Experience

This role requires someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating evolving priorities, ambiguity, and multiple concurrent workstreams.

You're background/experience:

  • Proven experience in photography production within an agency, brand, or production environment
  • Strong project management capability across planning, budgeting, and delivery
  • Hands-on experience managing studio photography and end-to-end workflows
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex production schedules
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-driven, even when dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

Remuneration

  • £35-40k depending on experience
  • Predominantly based on site, with the flexibility to do admin days from home (based around photoshoots/seasonal peaks)
