We're delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing and entrepreneurial SaaS business to recruit a new Head of Marketing to lead their global marketing.
This senior role combines B2C and B2B marketing across 2 different product lines, with a focus on both the UK and US markets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as performance reporting, under the guidance of the CRO and in close collaboration with the US COO. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a junior digital marketer and coordinating external agencies.
Key objectives include driving teacher acquisition, generating qualified B2B leads, and delivering measurable ROI on marketing spend.
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy across both products
Plan and run B2C campaigns targeting teachers
Plan and run B2B campaigns targeting schools, institutions, and commercial organisations
Manage marketing budget, tracking cost per acquisition, and conversion metrics
Lead lifecycle and email marketing using tools such as Mailchimp / Mandrill
Maintain and optimise CRM processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) to segment and personalise communications
Oversee three WordPress websites, ensuring content is current and optimised for conversion
Analyse and report using Google Analytics, FullStory, Metricool, and other platforms
Plan PR activities and manage relationships with education and technology media
Manage events and conference presence, including key UK and US industry events
Line manage a junior digital marketer and coordinate external contractors (paid media, SEO, design)
Ideally senior marketing experience in technology or SaaS
Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and effectiveness
Experience across B2B marketing, and ideally B2C too
Strong hands-on digital marketing skills (paid media, email, content, automation)
Experience with CRM and marketing data to drive campaigns and performance
Comfortable managing budgets and reporting ROI
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
Able to work independently and prioritise across multiple products and markets
Experience of working with US markets and within a high-growth or scaling company is preferred.
£60,000 – £80,000 salary (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working – Tuesday and Wednesday in the office based in Warwickshire
