Description

In this role as a Film Resource Manager, you will need to be an excellent plate-spinner and communicator as you’ll be overseeing many projects and dealing with lots of different clients at any one time.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring and negotiating with freelancers and contractors
  • Being the initial point of contact for clients and managing their budgets to ensure projects stay within set budgets and deadlines
  • Liaising regularly with the wider film team on multiple projects
  • Managing multiple shoots both UK and international as well as scheduling a number of different projects
  • Booking post-production and animation
  • Ensuring teams have enough resource for successful completion

Experience

To be considered as a Film Resource Manager for this agency you need to have:

  • A full clean UK drivers’ licence
  • A wealth of experience managing budgets of all sizes and wrapping production budgets once projects have been completed
  • A good ability to problem solve and to rectify issues before they escalate
  • Excellent communication skills when it comes to negotiating with suppliers
  • Knowledge of production health and safety as well as the ability to create risk assessments
  • Agency side experience

Remuneration

In this role as a Film Resource Manager your salary will be between £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience). This agency is also offering some marvellous benefits such as:
