In this Digital Project Manager role, you’ll be the key point of contact for the clients within the Digital Team, so you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and a real positive ‘can do’ attitude. As you’ll have the final sign-off on the work produced, you’ll pride yourself on maintaining the highest possible standards, ensuring that all projects not only meet but exceed your clients’ expectations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Getting involved throughout the entire project, from developing proposals to attending briefings, pitches and debriefs
  • Understanding your clients’ KPIs, objectives and requirements and clearly communicating them to internal teams
  • Costing for new projects and overseeing their budgets throughout
  • Scheduling meetings and liaising with clients regularly via email, phone or face-to-face, communicating updates and managing any difficult conversations effectively
  • Consistently providing outstanding service and building long lasting client relationships


In order to be considered for the role of Digital Project Manager, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous account management experience (ideally gained within a digital agency)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with the ability perform under pressure
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
  • You’re a real team player who will go out of your way to make sure everyone has the tools necessary to succeed
  • Basic understanding of digital software such as Git and Jira is desirable but not essential
