An ambitious, fast-growing integrated marketing consultancy is seeking a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve its digital capability.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced digital specialist ready to take ownership of strategy, performance, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a digital services offering within an established consultancy. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and influence both client success and the agency’s future growth.
You will act as the senior digital lead across the agency and be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing integrated digital strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring digital tactics are executed to best-in-class standards while mentoring colleagues and managing specialist freelance support where required.
Lead the development and implementation of integrated digital strategies aligned to client objectives.
Oversee campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Translate client goals into clear KPIs and measurable performance frameworks.
Ensure seamless integration between digital, brand, and offline campaigns.
Own reporting frameworks across all digital channels.
Oversee tracking implementation, pixel management, and server-side tagging.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support new business pitches with strategic digital input.
Ensure digital services are competitively costed and commercially viable.
Lead digital input into new business proposals and pitch presentations.
Mentor and coach junior team members
Proven experience delivering multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, programmatic, CRM, email marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Strong working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms, HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
Commercially astute with a clear understanding of profitability, pricing, and ROI.
Confident presenter, able to translate complex digital concepts into commercially relevant insights.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of UK data privacy regulations and cookie consent frameworks.
