Description

As this agency’s next Account Manager, you’ll be expected to develop excellent relationships across their portfolio of eCommerce clients, ensuring all objectives are delivered effectively. You’ll need broad knowledge across digital marketing so that you’re able to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns through SEO, PPC, email marketing and more.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients regularly, keeping them up to date with campaign success
  • Identifying opportunities for upsells and account growth where appropriate
  • Ensuring all work submitted to clients is of exceptional quality
  • Assisting in the preparation of pitches for new clients
  • Providing mentorship to junior team members

Experience

In order to be considered for this Account Manager opportunity, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous client-facing digital marketing/ecommerce experience
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, even when working under pressure
  • Brilliant client communication capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google analytics

Remuneration

This agency is offering a flexible salary of £25000 to £40000 for this Account Manager position – depending on experience. They also offer their employees plenty of other perks, including:
