We're delighted to be working with an award winning creative agency, to recruit a super organised and highly skilled Creative Services Manager into their growing team.
They’re growing fast, which means they’re on the hunt for a super organised pro, to help keep all the moving parts — studio, digital, and client services — running like clockwork.
You’ll be right in the thick of it, partnering with creative lead, and juggling multiple streams of work (branding, campaigns, websites, socials, paid media, film, animation – you name it), and making sure everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
Own the briefing and traffic process — you’ll be the person who knows what’s going on, who’s doing what, and when it’s due.
Keep client services and delivery teams in the loop, spotting potential conflicts before they become issues.
Match the right creatives and channel specialists to the right projects — you’ll know who’s brilliant at what.
Work with the Creative Lead on resource planning, team development, and building a solid freelance roster.
Lead the charge on project management systems and process improvements (they’re looking for someone who can keep things slick and efficient).
Chair weekly resourcing meetings, report on utilisation, and generally make sure the studio is working at its best.
Liaise with suppliers and freelancers when extra support is needed.
Someone who’s thrived in a creative or digital agency environment and gets how fast things move.
Strong experience in creative services / traffic / studio management.
Knowledge of creative and digital processes — from branding to campaigns to web.
A people person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage up, down, and sideways.
Calm under pressure, positive in outlook, and always solution-oriented.
Bonus points if you love a new workflow hack or shiny project management tool.
