Client Director in West Midlands

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established and highly regarded creative agency to recruit a Client Director for their team.

The business is heading into an exciting new phase, and this is a pivotal hire, created to strengthen and scale the client services function as the agency grows in both scope and ambition.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of client services team, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership team, acting as the bridge between strategic intent and delivery, aligning teams, clients, and commercial outcomes.

• Lead senior client relationships and strategic engagement across key accounts, translating client objectives into clear, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee multi-project execution, ensuring strong cross-team collaboration and consistent standards.
• Drive account growth and commercial performance while supporting new business.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Client Services team, helping build a scalable, high-performing function

To be considered for this position, you'll need to have the following experience:

• Extensive experience in a client services/account leadership role within an agency environment
• Experience working with travel, leisure, retail, hospitality, or F&B
• Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and growing accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and revenue responsibility
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight
• A natural leader who enjoys developing teams and improving ways of working
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

• £50-60k depending on experience
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 work from anywhere
