This is not a traditional “account management” role.
You’ll step in as second-in-command to the Managing Director within client services, inheriting responsibility for several of the agency’s most significant client relationships—including major brands within construction, energy infrastructure, and higher education.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front: shaping strategy, driving commercial performance, mentoring team members, and helping define the future direction of the business.
You’re already operating successfully at Account Director level, with at least 2 years’ experience in a senior client leadership role.
