About the Company

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, fully remote agency to appoint a commercially driven Account Director with a strong focus on client growth and value creation.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building senior client relationships, and unlocking deeper, more strategic partnerships.

Description

This role sits at the intersection of client services, commercial strategy, and integrated delivery. You will work across an established portfolio of clients, focusing not just on delivery, but on expanding relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving meaningful growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, digital, and PR, ensuring ideas are connected, ambitious, and commercially impactful.

Alongside client-facing responsibilities, you will also contribute to broader agency growth initiatives and support senior leadership in shaping future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead strategic conversations, bringing insight-led recommendations
  • Collaborate across internal teams to create integrated solutions
  • Develop proposals and initiatives that deliver measurable client and agency value
  • Proactively challenge briefs and uncover new opportunities beyond them

Experience

  • Proven experience in an agency environment at Account Director level (or similar)
  • Strong track record of growing client relationships and driving revenue
  • Commercially astute, with a proactive and opportunity-led mindset
  • Confident engaging at senior client level with a clear, informed point of view
  • Naturally collaborative, with the ability to connect teams and capabilities
  • Curious, ambitious, and motivated by making a tangible impact
